IN RE: ISAAC P. GARRISON APPLYING FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI, MANDAMUS AND PROHIBITION.


Writ denied. Pretermitting the question of jurisdiction (Article 7, Sec. 94II(i) of the Louisiana Constitution) this Court will not interfere with the orderly process of the trial court absent showing of irreparable and palpable injury.
