ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS OR PROHIBITION
This original petition for a writ of mandamus or prohibition challenges a district court summary judgment dismissing a third-party complaint in a constructional defect action.
The parties have filed a stipulation to dismiss this petition. Having reviewed the stipulation, we approve it, and we hereby dismiss this petition. The parties shall bear their own costs and fees. NRAP 42(b).
