ORDER
Before the Court is appellee's July 23, 2020 motion to substitute counsel. We GRANT the motion and DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to remove Nancy H. Hamren and the attorneys of the law firm of Coats Rose, P.C. as counsel for appellee and substitute Julia Pendery, Mike Northrup, Cowles & Thompson, P.C., and Mary L. Harokopus in their place. We further DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to designate Ms. Pendery as lead counsel.
