July 6, 1994.

The order of the Land Court dated October 7, 1993, shall be amended to provide: interest shall be added on the unpaid balance at the rate provided in G.L.c. 60, § 62 (sixteen percent per annum), the accumulated interest to be paid with the final payment due on October 10, 1994. As so amended, the order of the Land Court of October 7, 1993, is affirmed.
