ORDER
On June 19, 2013, a panel of justices from this court issued an opinion in this case. On July 3, 2013, Appellant filed a motion for en banc reconsideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.7. The court requests that Appellee Larry Little file a response to Appellant's motion. The court requests Appellee limit his response solely to the question of whether an economic development corporation is a governmental unit for purposes of section 51.014(a)(8). See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 51.014 (West Supp. 2012); LTTS Charter Sch., Inc. v. C2 Constr., Inc., 342 S.W.3d 73, 75-76 (Tex. 2011).
If Appellee wishes to file a response, he must do so within thirty days of the date of this order.
