ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the claim refers to a January 11, 2021 order entered by a district court, which is not an order that is appealable of right to this Court. MCR 7.203(A)(1)(a). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an appeal in the proper circuit court. See MCR 7.103.
