ORDER

PER CURIAM

On February 13, 2024, this Court issued an order for mediation referral. The order required the parties to confer and attempt to agree upon a settlement within sixty (60) days of the order. On February 28, 2024, the parties filed a joint status letter advising the Court that they have reached a resolution on this matter.

Therefore, the Court ORDERS that this appeal is REINSTATED. The appellate timetable suspension is lifted, and the parties are ORDERED to file a joint dispositive motion with this Court on or before March 10, 2024.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
