This is a consolidated appeal and original proceeding from an order granting a Rule 202 petition. Before the Court is Dallas Companion Animal Project's motion for extension of time to file brief of appellee and real party-in-interest's response to relator's petition for writ of mandamus. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief and response be filed no later than July 2, 2018.
