DISORDERLY CONDUCT, § 4.1failure to object to court's jurisdiction in trial court as waiver. On appeal by defendant from judgment finding him guilty of disturbing peace, where defendant contended that court was without jurisdiction of defendant for reason that no warrant was issued for his arrest, and it appeared that no objection to jurisdiction was raised in trial court, held that by not objecting in trial court, objection, if valid, was waived.
