ARREST FOR CRIME, § 2 — arrests without warrants for alleged breaches of peace, etc. Convictions on charges that defendants, arrested in hotel room, made "improper noise," riot, disturbance, breach of peace, or diversion tending to a breach of peace in presence of officers making arrest without warrant were unauthorized where evidence showed merely that officers, while listening at door to room, heard a woman screaming, and there was no proof of a breach of peace or diversion tending thereto or of riot or that officers or anyone else in hotel were disturbed.
