ORDER
By letter dated August 4, 2020, Sheretta Martin, Official Court Reporter for the 162nd Judicial District Court, notified the Court that she received a request for the reporter's record for a hearing held on November 15, 2019. Because no record of that hearing was taken, Ms. Martin said no reporter's record would be filed.
In the request for the reporter's record available on the trial court's website, appellant requests "a transcript and all exhibits of the proceedings conducted in the above-styled and numbered case, including but not limited to the November 15, 2020 Hearing on Carrollton's Original Plea to the Jurisdiction." In an effort to keep this accelerated appeal on track, we ORDER appellant to file, by August 12, 2020, written verification of the dates of the hearings for which it is requesting a reporter's record. Appellant shall provide a copy of the written verification to Ms. Martin. Assuming appellant seeks a reporter's record from any hearing other than the November 15th hearing, we ORDER Ms. Martin to file the record(s) by September 1, 2020.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Martin and all parties.
