Upon consideration, appellant's motion to relinquish jurisdiction is denied.

ORDERED that appellees' motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami–Dade County, Florida is dismissed.

Appellant's motion to consolidate appeals is hereby denied as moot.
