DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, one dated January 7, 2020, one dated February 6, 2020 and two dated July 6, 2021. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals from the order dated July 6, 2020, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05637, inter alia, on the ground that the order does not affect a substantial right (see CPLR 5701[a][2][v]), and from the orders dated January 7, 2020, and February 6, 2020, in effect, on the ground that the record is insufficient.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
