Jose J. Cisneros Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge

This case was on the January 25, 2021 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. We moved it to a status-report track because both parties thought that they would be able to settle with some informal discovery. Their most recent status report showed that informal discovery has now ended. It seems reasonably likely that settlement on the basis of the documents that have already been exchanged is likely, and it is

ORDERED that on or before March 4, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report to describe their progress toward settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
