BRUNELLE CINOUS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On December 21, 2023, respondent filed a Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene. On March 12, 2024, respondent filed a second Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene. However, further review indicates that this filing appears to be more akin to a First Amended Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene, filed March 12, 2024, is recharacterized as respondent's First Amended Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene.
