DISCIPLINARY CASES
This cause is pending before the court upon the filing of a report by the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline. Upon consideration thereof, it is ordered by the court, sua sponte, that this matter is remanded to the board for clarification of the parties' agreed, recommended sanction regarding the commencement and duration of respondent's monitored probation. A respondent cannot serve probation while under suspension. However, the parties agreed that as a condition of his suspension, respondent shall serve monitored probation for the duration of his two-year suspension.
Proceedings before this court in this case are stayed until further order of this court.
