On Certified Report of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline, No. 10-036. G. Timothy Dearfield of Loveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0039684, is suspended from the practice law in Ohio for one year with the entire suspension stayed on condition.
