Emergency Application for Extraordinary Relief Invoking King's Bench Jurisdiction.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

AND NOW, this 24th day of December, 2008, it is ORDERED and DECREED that the Petition of Maryanne C. Petrilla, Stephen A. Urban, and Gregory A. Skrepenak, County Commissioners, seeking this Court's exercise of its King's Bench jurisdiction, is hereby DENIED. It is further ORDERED and DECREED that said Petition is remanded to the Honorable C. Joseph Rehkamp, Senior Judge (41^st Judicial District, Perry-Juniata Counties), specially appointed to the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County (the "trial court"), to be considered and disposed of as a Motion for Reconsideration of the Order entered in the trial court on December 17, 2008 at No. 17539-2008. Judge Rehkamp shall undertake review of said Petition/Motion for Reconsideration at the hearing scheduled in this matter for December 29, 2008.
