Order denying plaintiff's motion to punish defendant Joseph H. Binder Bro., Inc., and Bernard I. Binder, its officer, for contempt affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Kelly, P.J., Manning, Young, Lazansky and Hagarty, JJ., concur.
