Mandamus — Application Dismissed.

Where appellant's application for mandamus alleged the same facts as were presented in cause No. 20484, Manuel Herring v. State (page 20 of this volume), and the same proceedings were had as set forth in said cause, the application for mandamus is dismissed for the reasons set forth in said numbered cause.

Application for Writ of Mandamus from Hemphill County.

Application for mandamus dismissed.
