Parts 1, 2 3 of the judgment dated "August 27, 1984 as of November 2, 1983" are affirmed. Part 4 is reversed and is remanded to the Probate Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order on file. The judge may, in his discretion, take further evidence with respect to count 4 of the plaintiffs' amended complaint. Part 5 is reversed and is remanded to the Probate Court for further hearing.
