ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until January 14, 2019, and a copy of this decision and order shall be mailed to appellant by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to appellant to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321 (c) or to proceed representing herself on the appeal.
