Opinion

No. 1D20-1846

08-12-2021

Mary Taylor CHRISTENSEN, Former Wife, Appellant, v. Robert L. CHRISTENSEN, Former Husband, and Advertising Services, Inc., Appellees.

Scott L. Terry of Florin Gray Bouzas Owens, Lutz, and Eric S. Haug of Eric S. Haug Law and Cons., PA, Tallahassee, for Appellant. Anthony C. Bisordi of Bisordi & Bisordi, P.A., Shalimar, for Appellee Robert L. Christensen. No appearance for Appellee Advertising Services, Inc.

Per Curiam. Mary Christensen, the former wife, appeals the trial court's post-dissolution final judgment denying her motion for contempt and granting the former husband's petition for modification of alimony. Because the trial court correctly applied the law to the evidence and the former wife failed to show an abuse of the trial court's discretion, we affirm.

AFFIRMED .

B.L. Thomas, Roberts, and Long, JJ., concur.
