So much of the judgment as pertains to the valuation of the husband's inheritance and to the division of assets to the extent based thereon is vacated. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed. The matter is remanded to the Probate and Family Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
