Opinion Filed November 6, 2007. DO NOT PUBLISH Tex. R. App. P. 47.

On Appeal from the 204th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause Nos. F06-67956-Q, F06-67957-Q.

Before Justices RICHTER, FRANCIS, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Anthony Stephen Choice was convicted of two aggravated robbery offenses and sentenced to fifteen years' imprisonment in each case. Thereafter, the trial court granted appellant's motions for new trial. When a trial court grants a motion for new trial, it restores the case to its position before the former trial. See Tex. R. App. P. 21.9. Because there are no sentences to be appealed, we have no jurisdiction over these appeals. See Waller v. State, 931 S.W.2d 643-44 (Tex.App.-Dallas 1996, no pet.). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeals for want of jurisdiction.
