In Chin v. Moraine Homes LLC, 74 Mass.App.Ct. 1116, 907 N.E.2d 266, 2009 WL 1586208 (unpub.op.), on which the Bank relies, the buyer pursued a mortgage application through the entire agreed-upon period, and even arranged to have the period extended, only to end up with a loan with terms which were not commercially reasonable.
