Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Wyoming County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 17, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Danielle Kedzuch, sworn to September 26, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion which includes an affidavit that describes the real estate or other property owned by appellant from which she derives her rental income, and the value of and amount owing on that property.
