PER CURIAM
Andrew Chien appeals the district court's orders granting Defendants' motions to dismiss Chien's civil action on multiple grounds and imposing a prefiling injunction against Chien. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Chien v. Robbins, No. 3:21-cv-00501-JAG (E.D. Va. Nov. 30, 2021 & Dec. 3, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
