Action to foreclose a mortgage on real property. Order dated October 20, 1942, striking out appellant's answer and granting summary judgment to plaintiff; and resettled order dated January 25, 1943, denying appellant's motion to set aside the order dated October 20, 1942, and to grant a reargument, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
