MEMORANDUM OPINION

On November 17, 2004, we dismissed this appeal for want of jurisdiction because Appellant failed, after notice, to comply with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 25.2(c)(3)(B). See Chevalier v. State, No. 12-04-00317-CR, 2004 WL 2645942 (Tex.App.-Tyler Nov. 17, 2004, no pet. h.). On December 1, 2004, Appellant corrected the defect and filed a motion for rehearing requesting reinstatement of the appeal. Having carefully considered Appellant's motion, we conclude that it should be granted. Accordingly, the motion for rehearing is granted and the appeal is reinstated.
