ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR THE CLASS TO OPPOSE DEFENDANT CARL L. PARROTT, JR., M.D.'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT


The Class has advised the Court that it will be opposing the Motion for Summary Judgment of Defendant Carl L. Parrott, Jr., M.D. Counsel for Defendant Parrott have no objection to extending the deadline for that opposition to and including April 9, 2004, the date by which the Class must file its opposition to the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant Jonathan Tobias, M.D. The Class has moved for an extension to and including April 9, 2004 to oppose Defendant Parrott's Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court having considered this matter, the Motion is GRANTED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
