This case is set currently for trial at the Court's March 28, 2023, San Francisco, California Special Trial Session. On January 10, 2023, respondent filed a Response to petitioner's Motion to Compel Discovery, filed December 13, 2022. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before February 2, 2023, petitioner shall file a reply and address what, if any, discovery requests remain outstanding or unsatisfied. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Compel Discovery, filed December 13, 2022, is set for hearing at the Court's San Francisco, California trial session scheduled to commence on February 6, 2023, at 10:00 am PST in the Burton Federal Bldg. & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, Room 2-1408, San Francisco, CA 94102.

Petitioner is advised that if we do not receive a response by February 2, 2023, we will deny petitioner's motion as moot and strike it from the February 6, 2023, hearing.
