Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Pamela Gee, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Donna C. Chin, Esq., 152A Oakwood Lane, P.O. Box 6608, Ithaca, NY 14851, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the child as she may direct.
