DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the appeal is deemed timely perfected. The time to file and serve the responding brief and the brief of the Attorney for the Children is extended to October 10, 2012. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before October 19, 2012.
