Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

On January 18, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report apprising the Court that respondent is currently gathering additional information from petitioner's power-of-attorney regarding the heirs at law in Israel and intends to file a Nordstrom motion shortly hereafter.

Upon due consideration it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before February 17, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a stipulated decision or a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case or a Nordstom motion.
