ORDER

This case is currently set for trial at the Court's September 12, 2022, trial session in Atlanta, Georgia. On August 22, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report explaining that they have reached a basis for settlement of all issues in this case and requesting 30 days to submit the case for computations and file an executed decision document. On due consideration, we will continue the case from the September 12, 2022, trial calendar and require the parties to file a decision document or status report within 30 days. It is therefore

ORDERED that this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than September 22, 2022, the parties shall file an executed decision document or a status report indicating the then-present status of the case.
