Both parties appeared and counsel for petitioner orally moved the Court to remove the small tax case designation. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's oral motion to remove small tax case designation is granted, and the caption of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" from the docket number and the docket number shall now read 14763-22. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall delete the letter "S" from the docket record and other Court records.
