On March 14, 2024, the Court received and filed a Letter dated March 7, 2024, by Tirojib Chatterjee on behalf of the decedent petitioner in this case. Thereafter, on March 25, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2024, the parties shall file a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case, including the status of the decedent's estate and whether someone with the capacity to prosecute this case on behalf of the decedent's estate intends to do so. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Tirojib Chatterjee at the mailing address listed for him in paragraph three of respondent's above-referenced Status Report.
