Motion for permission to file late notice of appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, without costs. It is noted that an appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board may be taken within 30 days after the mailing or personal delivery of notice of such decision (Labor Law § 624; see Prowse v State of New York, 4 AD3d 581, 582 [2004]).
