Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 21, 2020, and the appeals of plaintiff-appellant-respondent Jason Lawrence and defendants/second third-party defendants-respondents-appellants Village Dock, Inc. and Luis Eduardo Mendoza having been perfected, And plaintiffs-appellants-respondents David Charles, Darryl Douglas, Nancy Douglas having moved for an order: vacating their default in filing their appellants' brief; extending the time in which to file their appellate brief or, in the alternative, allowing their appellants' brief to be submitted nunc pro tunc,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal and reinstating the aforesaid appeal of plaintiffs-appellants-respondents David Charles, Darryl Douglas, Nancy Douglas and extending the time in which to perfect said appeal to the February 2022 Term of this Court. 3
