DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 7, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 13, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the citation "CPLR 5701[a][5]" and substituting therefor the citation "CPLR 5701[a][2][v]."
