CHARLES G. BERWIND TRUST FOR DAVID M. BERWIND, DAVID M. BERWIND, D. MICHAEL BERWIND, JR.; GAIL B. WARDEN, LINDA B. SHAPPY AND VALERIE L. PAWSON, TRUSTEES, ET AL., Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Richard T. Morrison Judge

On December 22, 2022, the Court served an Order requiring the parties to set forth their views on various issues. The Order, page 4, line 4, erroneously referred to $31,096,785 instead of $31,096,783.

On January 10, 2023, the parties filed a Memorandum in response to the Court's December 22, 2022 Order. The Court believes this Memorandum also erroneously referred to $31,096,785 instead of $31,096,783 in the following places:

Page 6, line 8; Page 7, line 8; and Page 8, line 4. If this is not the parties' understanding, they are directed to file a Supplement to the Memorandum.

It is ORDERED that, if the parties' understanding differs from the contents of this Order, they shall file a Supplement to the January 10, 2023 Memorandum, on or before March 24, 2023.
