MEMORANDUM OPINION

Each party filed a notice of appeal from a judgment signed March 23, 2016. On November 23, 2016, each party notified the court that its respective appeal should be dismissed because the parties have settled their dispute. We construe the notices as motions for voluntary dismissal. the See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. The motions are granted.

Accordingly, each appeal is dismissed.
