Present — Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Murphy, Ughetta and Hallinan, JJ. [See ante, p. 762.]

On the court's own motion, the decision handed down July 9, 1956 is amended by striking from the decretal paragraph the figure "20" and by substituting in place thereof the figure "60".
