Action in trespass for personal injuries. Before FRANCIOSA, J. Verdict against the plaintiff and in favor of all defendants. Plaintiff's motion for a new trial denied by the court en banc and judgment for defendants entered. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 672, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Oct. T., 1975, No. 143. Argued December 4, 1978.
