ORDER

Appellant's brief was due January 27, 2017. On January 26, 2017, the parties notified this court that the case had settled. As of this date the parties have not filed a motion to dismiss the appeal or other dispositive motion. Accordingly, the court issues the following order:

The parties are ordered to file a motion to dismiss or other dispositive motion on or before April 6, 2017. If no motion is filed, appellants' brief will be due on or before April 21, 2017. Unless appellants file a brief on or before April 21, 2017, the court will dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
