By order dated May 3, 2018, we ordered appellant to file, by May 23, 2018, an amended brief correcting the deficiencies noted in this Court's March 27 order. Instead of filing an amended brief, appellant filed on May 23 a motion requesting an extension of time. We GRANT the motion to the extent that appellant shall file his amended brief by MONDAY, JUNE 4, 2018
We expressly caution appellant that failure to file an amended brief by June 4 , 2018 , may result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), (c).
