This case is scheduled for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 19, 2022, at New York, New York. On August 8, 2022, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision purporting to resolve this litigation. However, review shows that the proposed decision is signed by an individual on behalf of the LLC whose membership in and authority to act on behalf of the entity has never been established of record.
