Pending before the Court in this case is an Order to Show Cause, issued March 30, 2021, that ordered the parties to show cause in writing why Mr. Denny Chan's case should not be severed from the consolidated group so that the cases involving Ms. Tramy T. Van may proceed to trial. On August 14, 2023, a proposed stipulated decision was filed in Mr. Denny Chan's case at Docket No. 2435-17. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served on the parties on March 30, 2021, is discharged.
