An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 19, 2017, And petitioner-appellant having moved an enlargement of time to perfect the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the May 2018 Term.
